Service Description

Start your week off right with MY Studios' Ebb+Flow class. This beginner-friendly hatha class is slow-moving with poses that are held for a short time to give you an opportunity to explore the pose. This class will provide a great introduction to yoga, as well as a chance to slow down and reset for the week. Come experience what Ebb+Flow has to offer
