PRENATAL YOGA WITH PRENATAL EDUCATION 🤰 Join us @mystudios Royal Oaks for a six week Prenatal Education and Yoga series All trimesters of pregnancy welcome. Education is an important part of pregnancy and Birth! Be empowered with the knowledge of pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding, baby wearing. Come move your body, enjoy prenatal education and conversation. Yoga helps to prepare for the birth of your baby, helps you come back to your breathe and empowers you to understand the power of the female body. Space is limited, so book your spot for this series🧘‍♀️👩🏻‍🍼 This would be a six week series. It would be 1.5 hr class starting with 30-40 minutes of prenatal education and Conversation, 45 minutes of yoga flow. 🤰🧘‍♀️ Education is power, be Empowered with knowledge and know your birth options.
